MEAL INFORMATION A complimentary lunch will be served on Thursday and Friday. You will be provided with a map of area restaurants for dinner. We ask that you keep all food, snacks, and beverages in the "Fellowship Hall" and "West 3rd". Please only bring bottled water into the building to drink and do not chew gum on church property. This all helps to keep the facilities clean. Thank you.
NURSERY
A staffed nursery will be available for infants thru Pre-K (5 years) at the church during the Thursday and Friday daytime sessions only. When you register, please register using the Child Registration form. In this form you will be able to register your child/children and provide the required information about your child/children that is needed for checking them in at the nursery/children's check-in station. The information that you provide will only be given to our approved nursery and children leaders.
FOR THE CHILDREN!
We have some great activities planned for your children, ages K (5 yrs.) through 5th Grade (no younger, please - see Nursery information above). Bring them to the church at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and Friday, check them in with our children's ministry team, then pick them up at 4:00 p.m. We will feed them lunch and provide snacks both days at no charge.
When you register your child/children in the morning, you will be asked to double check the information that you have provided online with the Child Registration form along with signing a medical release form. NOTE: YOU MAY DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THE MEDICAL RELEASE FORM BELOW. Please remember to dress your child/children in appropriate clothing for that day's events. Make sure that all items you send with your child/children are labeled with your name.
Indiana State law requires children age 7 and under to ride in a federally approved car seat or booster seat that is appropriate for the child's height and weight. If you have a booster seat for your child/children, we would appreciate it if you could bring the seat with you when you register your child/children in the morning. Please make sure that your name is located on the booster seat. We do have extra booster seats if you are unable to provide one.
During the evening sessions, your children will be with you in the sanctuary. We encourage the children to participate in worship alongside us.
Activities for Thursday Snapperz Family Fun & Sports After having a picnic lunch,the children will play on all sorts of soft-structure play units, laser tag, etc. Please make sure that your child/children wear play clothes and SOCKS. Visit snapperzfunlafayette.comfor more information and to fill out theirwaiver form. We will also have waiver forms available when you arrive.
Activities for Friday Buccaneer Bay Indoor Aquatic Center Featuring zero depth entry, bubblers, 'The Jolly Roy' pirate ship with multiple slides, dumping treasure chest, kiddie pool, 23 ft. winding water slide which loops outside and back into main pool, water basketball, bridges and water cannons. Lunch will be provided. You child may wear a swimsuit under his/her play clothes OR bring a swimsuit to change into at the Aquatic Center. Towels are provided at the Aquatic Center.
Bring completed form(s) with you when you check-in your child on Thursday morning.
NOTE: An individual form must be completed for EACH child.
