Men's Gathering
December 2-3, 2011
We began the 2011 conference season with the Women’s Gathering theme: Harvesting in Fields of Favor — the story of Ruth who loved and honored Naomi. Through obedience, she was led into a rich harvest and inheritance. It was Boaz, her kinsman redeemer, who extended God’s arm of favor to Ruth. He honored her, and through his understanding of the Word and the law, demonstrated his responsibility to the inheritance. He chose to cover Ruth and honor her as a woman of God. In return, Boaz’s name is forever recorded in the lineage of Christ. He was a man of wisdom and integrity.
