Jeff Johns,
Sr. Pastor / Apostle
Serving as the Senior Pastor of White Horse Christian Center since 1984, Pastor Jeff has been a minister of the gospel from his youth. He is anointed to identify, nurture and raise up leaders. His ministry cuts across denominational and generational boundaries. Building covenant relationships in the love of the Father is the cornerstone of Pastor Jeff’s apostolic ministry to churches and ministers worldwide. He is recognized by many as a pastor of pastors. Pastor Jeff and his wife, Jane, have six children and fourteen grandchildren.
Gary Osborne,
Pastor / Evangelist
Prior to joining the pastoral staff in 2002, Pastor Gary and his wife Rhonda, ministered in the mountains of northeast Tennessee where they served as church planters and revival carriers, bridging the barriers of denomination, age, race, and religion. Pastor Gary teaches and practices servant evangelism and outreach, showing practical demonstrations of God's love. He has a vision for the upcoming generations to rise and walk in the anointing, training leaders to train leaders. His testimony is one of supernatural healing, provision and restoration and he ministers from the side of victory to those in the throw of life’s difficult challenges. He and Rhonda have two sons and six grandchildren.
Bobby & Martha Kirkley, Pastors
Pastors Bobby and Martha joined the Pastoral Ministry Staff at White Horse Christian Center in 2003. They have served together in ministry in many capacities – pastors, teachers, armor bearers, intercessors, and Martha in praise and worship and the song of the Lord. Their ministry brings powerful testimonies of the delivering power of God. Though Pastor Bobby’s teaching is biblically no-nonsense, his delivery is filled with God’s forgiveness, mercy, grace, and agape love. Martha Ruth is extremely sensitive to the Spirit of God and has an unusual anointing to sing the songs of the Lord and stop the enemy in his tracks. The combination of their individual breaker anointings allow Pastors Bobby and Martha Ruth to flow with a teaching and prophetic mantle upon their lives.The impact of their ministry has been felt throughout various cities in the U.S. and abroad, as they tear down, build up, and plant God’s Word through intercession, song, and the precise teaching of His Word.
Erick Morales,
Pastor
Pastor Erick joined the pastoral staff of WHCC in 2013 after graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Computer Graphics Technology. Before becoming a WHCC member in 2004, he was a congregational leader at Sinai Christian Center. He has been an active leader at WHCC, serving as a worship leader, in youth ministry, with young adults, and the Hispanic community. Currently, he holds the position of pastor, Worship Team Director, and IT Department Director. He is anointed to preach and teach the gospel in relevant and practical ways that apply to our everyday lives. His testimony is one of God’s redeeming love, restorative power, and God’s heart as a Father toward a fatherless generation. Pastor Erick has received ministry training through Global University and has received a Master’s in Ministry from White Horse School of Ministries. His wife, Kyle, has a heart for church planting and global missions. She has received training through YWAM’s Honduras-based School of Frontier Missions and holds a Master's in Christian Education and Administration from White Horse School of Ministries.
Jayna Mullen,
Pastor
Pastor Jayna has been active in ministry for over thirty-five years, serving the local church as a worship leader, musician, Bible teacher, creative arts director, as well as providing pastoral ministry. She is ordained through and has been on staff at White Horse Christian Center in West Lafayette, Indiana, since 1997, serving as Minister of Music and Director of Publications. Pastor Jayna earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts from Purdue University, is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, and White Horse School of Ministries. While at Rhema, she traveled with Kenneth Hagin as part of the Rhema Singers and Band. Her ministry is varied, drawing from her experience in the creative arts and her love for the Word of God. Though the outlets of her ministry are many, her singular desire is to exhort, encourage and challenge the Body of Christ in obedience to the Lord. As the mother of three sons, she takes particular joy in seeing the younger generations rise up in their callings and anointings, fulfilling their God-given purposes.
Isaac Carranza, Pastor
After serving in Willmar, MN for 14 years as a Latino Ministries Pastor at the Assembly of God Church, Pastor Isaac joined the pastoral staff of WHCC in 2018. Prior to becoming Lead Pastor in 2014, he served as a Co-Pastor under his father, the late Noe Carranza. Sr. Pastor Isaac is a fiery bilingual (English & Spanish) preacher of the Gospel. He yearns to bring revival to this generation which he believes will require a combined effort of all generations and all cultures. For the past three years he has worked within the public schools in small group settings with students considered to be at risk. His passion is to work with and encourage a generation living in a broken world. “Will thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?” (Psalm 85:6) Pastor Isaac has received ministry training through the Assemblies of God organization and White Horse School of Ministries. He has one daughter.
Tracey Woodard, Pastor / Director of WHSM
Pastor Tracey Woodard has been vitally active in ministry at White Horse Christian Center since the fall of 1998. She and her husband Mike have headed up the youth department since 2003, training up an army of young adults to serve as youth leaders. Pastor Tracey became a full-time staff member at WHCC in 2016 after serving as an administrative assistant in the Fountain County Probation Department for 14 years. She was appointed as Director of White Horse School of Ministries in July of 2018, and in February of 2019 joined the WHCC Pastoral Staff. She continues to be an important prophetic voice in the house and carries the heart of a true intercessor. Pastor Tracey and Mike have two children and five grandchildren.
